Over the next few weeks, we will be communicating with you closely so that you are well informed through each step of the process during this transition.  During the transition, Broadweave will honor your existing packages and pricing.  During the transition period, your automatic payment methods will need to be renewed, and until such time, Broadweave will mail you a paper billing statement.

If you are a current Mstar telephone customer, you will be moving to a new telephone and voicemail system during the transition period, and consequently, you will lose your saved voicemail messages.  Please make sure to write down the information from your voicemails.
