Uptime Guarantee. Broadweave backs its fiber-optic infrastructure with Mean-Time- To-Restore (MTTR) commitments in the event that a fiber is cut or damaged. If Broadweave does not repair damaged fiber within 24 hours, Broadweave will issue a credit for the affected period of downtime. Total Flexibility: Customer traffic can burst above committed or purchased bandwidth levels to accommodate dynamic usage and flexibility.
